S-095029 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting NKG2A. S-095029 significantly attenuates Fc-effector functions, inhibits the interaction with its ligand HLA-E, and increases the antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity mediated by other Fc-competent mAbs. S-095029 has a potent antitumor activity with enhancement of killing activity and cytokine secretion (IFNgamma, TNF-alpha and CXCL9) of NK and gammadelta T-cells in co-culture with cancer cells[1][2].
