TG20 is an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody that binds to a specific discontinuous epitope on CD20 with a Kd of 10-20 nM. TG20 exhibits enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). TG20 also enhances complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. TG20 can be used in research on B-cell lymphomas [1].
