AB598 is a humanized FcS anti-CD39 antibody with a Kd of 0.24 nM against hCD39. AB598 results in full inhibition of intratumoral CD39 enzymatic activity, an increase in intratumoral ATP, a decrease of extracellular CD39 on tumor cells. AB598 can be used for the research of solid tumors[1].
