SHR-1603 is a humanized anti-CD47 IgG4 antibody. SHR-1603 blocks the interaction of CD47 with SIRPalpha and enhances phagocytosis. SHR-1603 includes active Fc domains to mediate CDC/ADCC functions. SHR-1603 can be used for the research of cancer[1][2].
