REGN9533 is a human-derived monoclonal antibody against FXII/FXIIa with high affinity for FXII, FXIIa and beta-FXIIa. REGN9533 selectively inhibits the intrinsic coagulation pathway and FXIIa-driven plasma kallikrein activity. REGN9533 is applicable to FXIIa-related diseases such as thrombosis and hereditary angioedema[1].
