DS-1055a is an afucosylated anti-human GARP antibody. DS-1055a effectively depletes GARP-positive regulatory T cells in the tumor microenvironment, and activates effector T cells. DS-1055a exhibits antitumor activity and can be used for the research of cancer, such as colon cancer[1].
