APX002 blocks IL-1beta receptor binding, inhibits IL-1beta-induced downstream cell signaling and biological effects.APX002 can be used for the research of rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, gout, cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome, chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder, atherosclerosis, vasculitis[1].
