ABS-101 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting TL1A. ABS-101 binds to both TL1A monomers and trimers, and alleviates inflammatory bowel disease by blocking the TL1A/DR3 axis. ABS-101 can be used for the research of inflammatory bowel disease[1].
