NSC727447 is an inhibitor of ribonuclease H (Rnase H) of HIV-1 and HIV-2. NSC727447 has little activity against E. coli RNase H, but great selectivity over human Rnase H, with IC50s value of 2.0 µM, 2.5 µM, 100 µM, 10.6 µM, respectively[1].
