(R)-(+)-Blebbistatin O-Benzoate blocks cell membrane bubbling and interferes with directed migration and cytokinesis in vertebrate cells. (R)-(+)-Blebbistatin O-Benzoate inhibits the contraction of mitotic grooves. (R)-(+)-Blebbistatin O-Benzoate can be used as a negative control for (S)-(-)-Blebblastatin[1].
