The AAViator Transfection System was developed on a proven polymer and lipid technology platform that provides increased AAV vector output, easier scalability, and reduced plasmid DNA consumption by up to 50% compared to Polymer-only reagents*. The AAViator System is made up of the new TransIT-AAViator Transfection Reagent and RevIT(TM) AAV Enhancer. When combined, process developers now have a transfection system tailored specifically for maximal AAV production.
