Detect cAMP signaling kinetics in living cells with this green fluorescent cAMP assay kit. The genetically encoded Downward cADDis biosensor decreases in fluorescence as intracellular cAMP levels rise, enabling real-time monitoring of cAMP activity. Montana Moleculars Big Sky BacMam vector provides enhanced expression across a wide range of mammalian cell types, including primary cultures and iPSCs. Ideal for GPCR compound profiling, MOA studies, signal duration analyses, and other cAMP-related applications. The 5 mL volume supports 4-5 plates of experiments when used with HEK293T cells and is compatible with fluorescence plate readers or microscopy using standard green detection settings.
