Detect PIP2 signaling kinetics in living cells with this green fluorescent PIP2 assay kit. The genetically encoded Green PIP2 biosensor enables real-time monitoring of PIP2 activity and Gq pathway activation. Delivered via Montana Moleculars Big Sky BacMam viral vector for improved transduction efficiency across cell lines, primary cultures, and iPSCs. Expression is easily titratable, enabling rapid assay optimization. The 5 mL volume provides 4-5 plates of experiments when used with HEK293T cells and is compatible with fluorescence plate readers or microscopy using standard green detection settings.
