Measure Gi-mediated inhibition of cAMP production in live cells with the Green Gi cADDis assay kit. This genetically encoded biosensor provides real-time insight into Gi pathway activation and is delivered with Montana Moleculars Big Sky BacMam vector for reliable and robust expression across cell lines, primary cultures, and iPSCs. Expression is easily titratable, enabling rapid assay optimization and high data quality for compound characterization. The 5 mL volume supports 4-5 plates of experiments using HEK293T cells and is compatible with standard green fluorescence detection on plate readers or microscopy systems.
