As BacMam is readily titratable, this kit enables you to fine-tune intracellular cAMP levels without the use of chemicals like forskolin. It can be co-expressed with our cADDis cAMP sensors, especially when investigating Gi signaling. Comes with sodium butyrate in H2O.
