Produktbeschreibung

Express unmodified human M1 muscarinic receptor in your cells of interest. A red fluorescent protein is constitutively expressed to label cells that are expressing the receptor. BacMam packaging provides strong transduction efficiency across a broad spectrum of mammalian cells. Expression is dose-dependent, allowing rapid assay optimization. High well-well consistency and low toxicity are well suited for diverse applications in drug discovery and GPCR biology, including compound screens, pharmacological studies, and MOA analyses. Co-express with Montana Moleculars green fluorescent DAG, PIP2, and Calcium assays to measure receptor activation and downstream signaling dynamics at CHRM1 in real time.
