Express unmodified human Calcitonin receptor-like receptor using Montana Moleculars BacMam expression system. Big Sky BacMam enables efficient, titratable transduction across a wide range of mammalian cell types-including near 100% uniform expression in HEK293 cells and robust transduction in primary or iPSC-derived cells. Expression is dose-dependent, allowing rapid assay optimization. High well-well consistency and low toxicity are well suited for diverse applications in drug discovery and GPCR biology, including compound screens, pharmacological studies, and receptor characterization. Co-express with Montana Moleculars RAMP expression vectors or cAMP and arrestin assays to measure receptor activation and downstream signaling dynamics at CALCRL in real time.
