• Anwendungsbeschreibung: In a Western blot, the anti-GFP used at between 1:3000 and 1:5000 dilution could detect 10 ng of GFP in an A549 cell lysate (see image). Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
