Binding curve of anti-SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19) & SARS-CoV Nucleoprotein antibody CR3009 (03-009) (24-832) to SARS-CoV-2 Nucleoproteins (REC31812 and REC31851). ELISA Plate coated with SARS-CoV-2 Nucleoproteins (REC31812/REC31851, Native Antigen Company) at a concentration of 5 ug/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 10-000 ng/ml was performed using 24-832. For detection- a 1:4000 dilution of HRP-lnti-ribody was used. Ri-Fluorescein [4-4-20 (enhanced)] antibody (3.0) was used as a control.
