• Anwendungsbeschreibung: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave no signal but low background in HepG2 and Human Pancreas extracts at up to 1ug/ml. Please note that we would not expect our routine western blot protocol to reliably detect proteins as small as the predicted size of this protein (approx 9kDa according to NP_036517). We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?
