• Anwendungsbeschreibung: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.Western Blot:No signal obtained yet but low background observed in 293 and A549 lysates at up to 2ug/ml (please note that our SDS PAGE/western blotting protocol is not optimized for detection of proteins smaller than 15kDa) . We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?
