• Anwendungsbeschreibung: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 100kDa band in HepG2 and U2OS cell lysates and in Human Cerebellum lysates after 0.2ug/ml antibody staining and was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for this band, given the calculated size of 63.2kDa according to NP_001073899.2.
