Recombinant influenza proteins were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Mouse Anti-Influenza A, Nucleoprotein-UNLB (Cat. No. 99-734). Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Human ads-HRP and with chemiluminescent detection.
