Sandwich ELISA Validation with Trimers of SARS1 and SARS-CoV-2 Variants A sandwich ELISA was performed using a rabbit monoclonal antibody as the capture antibody, the spike trimer proteins of both SARS1 and SARS-CoV-2 variants including wild type, beta, delta and Omicron BA.5 as the binding proteins, and the spike trimer single domain antibody (SD10005) as the detection antibody. ELISA plate was coated with the capture antibody at 1 &956,g/mL and trimer proteins were added at 200 ng/mL, followed by SD10005 at 20 ng/mL, secondary antibodies anti-cMyc-tag antibody (PM-7669) at 1 &956,g/mL and goat anti-mouse IgG HRP conjugate at 1:5000 dilution. SD10005 detected all the spike trimers tested.
