A direct ELISA was performed using spike trimer proteins of both SARS1 and SARS-CoV-2 Variants (Delta, Omicron BA.1 and BA.5) as coating antigens at 1 &956,g/mL and SD9979 antibody at 20-2000 ng/mL, followed by anti-cMyc-tag antibody (PM-7669) at 1 &956,g/mL. Secondary: Goat anti-mouse IgG HRP conjugate at 1:5000 dilution. SD9979 binds to all the spike trimers tested.
