• Anwendungsbeschreibung: Bcl-rambo antibody can be used to recognize the C-terminus of human Bcl-rambo (aa. 224-450). It detects endogenous protein by Immunocytochemistry (1:300), Immunoprecipitation (1:100) and Western Blot (1:1,000). Method: Following fixation with 2% paraformaldehyde/PBS, HELA cells were incubated with MAb to Bcl-rambo (human) (CT) (Rocky-2) at a 1:300 dilution. An anti-mouse IgG antibody conjugated with Alexa Fluor 488 was used for detection. This product is for research use only.
