Anwendungsbeschreibung

• Anwendungsbeschreibung: Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Chicken IgY is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 mg of Chicken IgY in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:3,000 to 1:12,000 is suggested for this product. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user).
