Immunogen was a synthetic peptide derived from mouse Aquaporin-4. This antibody was produced from a rabbit immunized with the immunogen. The IgG fraction was purified from rabbit serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation, and followed by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
