Anti-Androgen Receptor Antibody is tested for use in IHC (p) and WB. Expect a band approximately 110kDa on specific lysates. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
Western Blot of Mouse Anti-Androgen Receptor antibody. Lane A: LNCaP untreated cells. Lane B: LNCaP cells treated with 100ng IGF-1 for 4hrs. Lane C: LNCaP cells incubated with 20µm LY294002 for 30min prior to treatment with 100ng IGF-1 for 4hrs. Load: 30 µg per lane. Primary antibody: Androgen Receptor antibody at 1:1000 for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: IRDye800(TM) mouse secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: ~110 kDa for Androgen Receptor antibody. Other band(s): none.
