Anti-CTRP5 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 25 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot ofCTRP5 antibody in caco-2 cell lysate. Lane A: CTRP5 antibody at 1 µg/mL. Lane B: CTRP5 antibody at 2 µg/mL. Lane C: CTRP5 antibody at 4 µg/ml. Load: 35 µg per lane. Primary antibody: CTRP5 antibody at 1:400 for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 25 kDa, 40 kDa for CTRP5. Other band(s): CTRP5 splice variants and isoforms.
