Anti-DR6 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 72 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of DR6 antibody. Lane 1: K562 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: Raji whole cell lysate. Lane 3: K562 whole cell lysate in the presence of blocking peptide. Lane 4: Raji whole cell lysate in the presence of blocking peptide. Load: 35 µg per lane. Primary antibody: DR6 antibody at 1:500 for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 71.8 kDa, 70 kDa for DR6. Other band(s): DR6 splice variants and isoforms.
