Anti-TRAF6 Antibody is tested for use in WB and FLOW. Expect a band approximately 54kDa on specific lysates. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
Western Blot of Rabbit Anti-TRAF6 antibody. Lane A: human thymus cell lysate. Lane B: human testis cell lysate. Primary antibody: TRAF6 at 4 µg/mL for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: IRDye800(TM) rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 80 kDa for TRAF6. Other band(s): none.
