Anti-Bonzo Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 39 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of Rabbit anti-Bonzo antibody. Lane 1: SW1353 total cell lysate. Load: 35 µg per lane. Primary antibody: anti-Bonzo antibody at 1:1000 for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 39.3 kDa, 40 kDa for Bonzo. Other band(s): None.
