Anti-EMX1 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 28 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western blot analysis of EMX1. Load: rat liver tissue lysate. Primary Antibody: EMX1 antibody at 1 µg/mL in (A) the absence and (B) the presence of blocking peptide.
