Anti-GEMC1 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 38 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western blot analysis of GEMC1. Load: mouse heart tissue lysate. Priamry Antibody: GEMC1 antibody at 1 µg/mL in (A) the absence and (B) the presence of blocking peptide.
