Anti-GPVI Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 37 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western blot Results of Anti-GPVI Antibody. Lane A: Jurkat cell lysate with GPVI antibody at 1 µg/ml in the absence of blocking peptide. Lane B: Jurkat cell lysate with GPVI antibody at 1 µg/ml in the presence of blocking peptide. Predicted: ~37, 68 kDa, Observed: ~55 kDa.
