Western Blot of Rabbit Anti-Metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluR) 7 pS862 antibody. Lane 1: mouse brain lysate. Lane 2: mouse brain lysate blocked by the phospho-peptide. Load: 10 µg per lane. Primary antibody: mGluR7 pS862 antibody at 1:400 for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: IRDye800(TM) rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: ~102kDa for mGluR7 protein phosphorylated at Ser862. Other band(s): none.
