Anti-PDCL Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 34 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of Rabbit anti-PDCL antibody. Lane A: K562 cell lysate. Primary antibody: PDCL antibody at 1 µg/mL overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: Goat anti-Rabbit HRP secondary antibody. Block: 5% BLOTTO. Predicted/Observed size: 33 kDa, 35 kDa for PDCL.
