Anti-Hemagglutinin antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide from the Hemagglutinin protein. The peptide sequence is unique from the peptide sequence for product 600-401-EF6, and 600-401-EF7.

Anti-Seasonal H1N1 Hemagglutinin Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 63 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
ELISA of Seasonal H1N1 Hemagglutinin antibody. Antigen: BSA conjugates of Seasonal H1N1 Hemagglutinin. Coating amount: 50, 10, 2, and 0 ng/mL per well. Primary antibody: Seasonal H1N1 Hemagglutinin antibody at 1 µg/mL. Dilution series: 2-fold. Mid-point concentration: 5 ng/mL Seasonal H1N1 Hemagglutinin antibody. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:20,000. Substrate: TMB (p/n TMBE-0100).
