Anti-UCMA Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 17 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of UCMA antibody. Lane 1: SW1353 cell lysate with UCMA antibody at 2.5 µg/mL. Lane 2: SW1353 cell lysate with UCMA antibody at 5 µg/mL. Load: 35 µg per lane. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 17 kDa, 16 kDa for UCMA. Other band(s): UCMA splice variants and isoforms.
