Avian Influenza Neuraminidase Antibody was produced from whole rabbit serum prepared by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of the avian influenza neuraminidase protein. Efforts were made to use relatively conserved regions as the antigen.

Anti-Avian Influenza Neuraminidase Antibody is tested for use in ELISA. Expect a band approximately ~51.4 kDa on specific lysates. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
ELISA with Avian Influenza NA Protein. Coating Antigen: Avian Influenza Neuraminidase recombinant protein 2µg/mL overnight at 4 C. Detection antibody: Anti-Avian Influenza NA antibody at 1:1000 ng/mL for 1 hr at RT. Secondary antibody: Goat anti-rabbit HRP at 1:10,000 for 1 hr at RT .
Western Blot with Avian Influenza NA Protein. Load: Avian Influenza Neuraminidase recombinant protein, Lane 1: 50ng, Lane 2: 100ng. Primary antibody: Anti-Avian Influenza antibody at 1µg/mL for 1h at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Secondary: Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate at 1:10,000 dilution.
