Anti-Phospho-Ser239 ATRIP Antibody was produced from rabbits by repeated immunizations with a synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding Ser239 of human ATRIP conjugated to KLH.
Konjugation:
Unconjugated
Alternative Synonym:
ATM, Rad3-related-interacting protein, ATR-interacting protein
Anti-ATRIP Phospho-Ser239 Antibody is tested for WB. Expect a band at approximately ~86 kDa on specific lysates or tissues. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. The antibody also recognizes a band at ~32k.
Western blot of anti-ATRIP pS239 antobdy. Mouse testicular lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~86 kDa ATRIP protein phosphorylated at Ser239 in the first lane (-). Phosphospecificity is shown in the second lane (+) where the immunolabeling is completely eliminated by lysate treatment with lambda phosphatase (lambda-Ptase, 800 units/1mg protein for 30 minutes).
