Anti-ARC Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 24 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of ARC antibody. Lane 1: HeLa whole cell lysate. Load: 35 µg per lane. Primary antibody: ARC antibody at 1:500 for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 22.6 kDa, 24 kDa for ARC. Other band(s): ARC splice variants and isoforms.
