Anti-BCL6 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 79 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western blot analysis of BCL6. Load: rat lung tissue lysate. Primary Antibody: Bcl6 antibody at 1 µg/ml in (A) the absence and (B) the presence of blocking peptide.
