Mouse IgG F(c) Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry requiring extremely low background levels, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
ELISA of Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) Antibody tested against purified Mouse IgG F(c). Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Mouse IgG F(c) (p/n 010-0103) [Red Line], Mouse IgG Fab (p/n 010-0105) [Green line], Mouse IgG F(ab)2 (p/n 010-0104) [Blue Line], and Mouse IgG (p/n 010-0102) [Purple Line]. The working dilution of Mouse IgG F(c) is 1:53000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using HRP Conjugate Stabilizer (p/n MB-076), Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG HRP conjugated (p/n 611-103-122), and TMB substrate (p/n TMBE-1000).
