Anti-SNAP 25 antibody is tested for use in Western Blots. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band of approximately 25 kDa in size corresponding to SNAP25 protein in the appropriate cell lysate or extracts.
Western Blot of Rabbit anti-SNAP25 antibody. Lane 1: rat cortex lysate. Lane 2: none. Load: 10 µg per lane. Primary antibody: SNAP25 antibody at 1:1,000 for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: IRDye800(TM) rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 25 kDa for SNAP25. Other band(s): none.
