Block: Blocking Buffer for Fluorescent Western Blotting (p/n MB-070) for 1 hr at RT. Detection Antibody: Anti-FLAG DyLight 488 (p/n: 200-341-383) at 1:10,000 for 1 hr at RT. Expect a band ~48kDa.
