Non-viable cell pellet was generated from cell line WM3682. WM3682 is a metastatic human melanoma cell line. This cell line was established from a lymph node metastasis site of a patient. This cell line contains a Q61L mutation at position 61 in the N-RAS gene. The Q61L mutation results in an amino acid substitution at position 61 in NRAS, from a glutamine (Q) to a leucine (L). WM3682 cells match with WM3702 and WM3758. These cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice.
