Total cell lysates from HEp-2 (Lane 1) and MIA PaCa-2 (Lane 2) cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Mouse Anti-Human EGFR-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10400-01). Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1030-05) secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.

Human pancreatic carcinoma cell line MIA PaCa-2 was stained with Mouse Anti-Human EGFR-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10400-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Human ads-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 1030-30) and DAPI.

Paraffin embedded human gastric cancer tissue was stained with Mouse IgG-UNLB isotype control (SB Cat. No. 0107-01; left) and Mouse Anti-Human EGFR-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10400-01; right) followed by an HRP conjugated anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody, DAB, and hematoxylin.
