HSP90/LSD1-IN-1 (compound 6) is a dual inhibitor of HSP90 and LSD1. This compound effectively inhibits the proliferation of prostate cancer cell lines PC-3 and DU145, with GI50 values of 0.24 µM and 0.30 µM, respectively.
